Hops on the Hill was created by Robert " Chef Veg" Kupiec. He has been all over the country, spending a lot of time in Austin, TX. He moved to the PNW in 2015 and received his degree in Applied Science/Culinary Arts from SPSCC in 2017. He then combined his love for BBQ and Craft Beer and opened up Hops on the Hill in February 2019.
We are a combination of Craft Beer meets Central Texas Style BBQ. A place to relax, eat, and enjoy the increasingly popular craft beers from the PNW and all over the country!
